It is our policy that we respectfully ask our customers to contact us within 5 business days of receiving our products to notify us of any mistakes we have made such as shipping incorrect parts, shipping incorrect quantities of parts ,parts that are made incorrectly according to website part dimensions.This policy applies to our standard website parts. All returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. All parts shipped back must be repacked as we sent them to our customers.

Special Build Parts will require our customers to view a computer generated drawing of the part(s) they have asked us to design and fabricate. Once the customer has granted us permission to proceed with the build and we have shipped the part(s), the customer is not eligible for any refunds or returns for Special Build Parts.
