With over 45 years in the school bus industry, we design and manufacture school bus replacement parts. We specialize in Blue Bird, Thomas, International, and Amtran bus body parts. We design and manufacture school bus body parts to help mechanics and body shops prepare for inspection year round. Our part numbers, product descriptions, and pictures are mechanic friendly. If you don't see it on our website, give us a call for special bends. The one thing we have learned over the years is that you never quit learning. If you have a better idea, by all means let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you!

We have been cutting Blue Bird panels since the Body Vision and All American were new. Doors, step wells, wheel wells, battery boxes and side body panels for conventional and transit bodies, made to the original dimensions so they go in without reworking the opening.

Thomas Bus Bodies
Thomas bodies split into two families for panel work: the FS65 from roughly 1997 to 2008, and the Saf-T-Liner C2 from about 2005 on. The panels are not interchangeable between them, so our catalog keeps them separate. Minotour parts are listed under their own model.
