School Bus Parts Shipping
We ship direct to bus garages, school districts, and schoolie builders nationwide
Ground Shipments to Bus Garages & Schoolie Builders
We utilize FedEx Ground & FedEx International Ground, UPS and USPS. If you would prefer a specific carrier listed please inform us when placing an order. We usually do not use USPS for school shipments as they are not delivered in a timely manner, nor directly to the Bus Garage in most cases. We do ship to Canada and other countries mainly with FedEx International Ground. Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery for potential damage incurred during transit. Once delivery is accepted, Custom Bus & Truck Panels will not be responsible for any damage discovered thereafter.
Freight/LTL for Large School Bus Panel Orders
We currently utilize FedEx LTL & R&L Carriers for our LTL shipments. We have an across the board Limited Access fee of $85.00. All schools and churches are charged a limited access fee from the carrier, which we cannot control. We do ship to Canada and other countries mainly with FedEx International Freight. (If you would prefer to set up a pick up from our dock through a carrier of your choice let us know. There may still be a handling charge associated with your order for wood, nails etc. for building a protective crate or skid for your parts.) Residential freight LTL shipments will be charged a residential delivery fee set by the freight carriers. Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery for potential damage incurred during transit. Once delivery is accepted, Custom Bus & Truck Panels will not be responsible for any damage discovered thereafter.
Shipping to Schools, Churches & Bus Garages
Many bus garages and school districts have limited access locations. We have negotiated reduced limited access fees with our carriers to keep shipping costs down for your bus garage. Whether you are a fleet mechanic, school district maintenance shop, church bus ministry, or schoolie builder working from home, we can get your school bus parts to you quickly and affordably.
