Payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped. For custom fabrication orders, a deposit may be required before work begins. Custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has started.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information about returns and refunds. Custom fabricated parts are generally non-returnable unless defective.
Custom Bus & Truck Panels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products or services. Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
Our products are designed for use on school buses and commercial vehicles. Proper installation by a qualified technician is recommended. We are not responsible for improper installation or use of our products. Products are warranted against manufacturing defects only.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
