Effective 9/15/2025, Custom Bus & Truck Panels Inc. will implement a 3.5% processing fee on all orders paid with a credit card @ $1,000.00 & above. This change is necessary to cover the increased cost of credit card processing while enabling us to continue delivering high-quality products and services.Return PolicyIt is our policy that we respectfully ask our customers to contact us within 5 business days of receiving our products to notify us of any mistakes we have made such as shipping incorrect parts, shipping incorrect quantities of parts, parts that are made incorrectly according to website part dimensions. This policy applies to our standard website parts. All returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. All parts shipped back must be repacked as we sent them to our customers. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges unless the return is a result of our error. Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery for potential damage incurred during transit. Once delivery is accepted, Custom Bus & Truck Panels will not be responsible for any damage discovered thereafter.Special Build PartsSpecial Build Parts will require our customers to view a computer generated drawing of the part(s) they have asked us to design and fabricate. Once the customer has granted us permission to proceed with the build and we have shipped the part(s), the customer is not eligible for any refunds or returns for Special Build Parts.If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, please do not hesitate to contact us before shipment of your order, as well as packaging and returning any of our standard website parts.
