Payment methods, returns and privacy
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for school bus parts orders:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
- ACH
Effective 9/15/2025, All Credit Card purchases will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee. This charge is necessary to cover the increased cost of credit card processing while enabling us to continue delivering high-quality products and services. Return Policy
It is our policy that we respectfully ask our customers to contact us within 5 business days of receiving our products to notify us of any mistakes we have made such as shipping incorrect parts, shipping incorrect quantities of parts, parts that are made incorrectly according to website part dimensions. This policy applies to our standard website parts. All returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. All parts shipped back must be repacked as we sent them to our customers. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges unless the return is a result of our error. Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery for potential damage incurred during transit. Once delivery is accepted, Custom Bus & Truck Panels will not be responsible for any damage discovered thereafter.
Special Build Parts
Special Build Parts will require our customers to view a computer generated drawing of the part(s) they have asked us to design and fabricate. Once the customer has granted us permission to proceed with the build and we have shipped the part(s), the customer is not eligible for any refunds or returns for Special Build Parts.
If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, please do not hesitate to contact us before shipment of your order, as well as packaging and returning any of our standard website parts. We want this to be a smooth transaction for both parties.
Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account details you give us when you create an account: your name, email address, phone number and, if you add it, your company. We use them to sign you in, show you the pricing tier assigned to your account, and contact you about your requests.
Quote and order requests: the parts you ask about, quantities, any PO number and notes you type, and the contact details on the form. We keep these so we can reply, build your quote and look up past requests when you call.
Your cart: the parts and quantities you save. For signed-in accounts the cart is stored with your account so it follows you between devices.
How you found us: when you create an account we record the website or search engine that sent you here (for example Google, Bing, ChatGPT or a link from another site), any campaign tags in the link you clicked, and the first page you opened on this site. We use this only to understand which channels bring us customers. We do not record what you searched for on another site.
Cookies and browser storage
Strictly necessary: when you sign in we set one cookie (auth_token) that keeps you signed in. It is required for accounts to work and is set regardless of your cookie choice. Your cookie choice itself is remembered in your browser so we do not ask again.
Only with your consent ("Accept" on the cookie banner): your cart is saved in your browser so it is still there on your next visit, and the "how you found us" details above are kept in your browser for up to 90 days so a later sign-up is attributed to the right source. If you choose "Decline", the cart is kept only until you close the browser and nothing about how you found us is stored on your device.
Analytics: we use Ahrefs Web Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. Both run without cookies and neither tracks individuals across websites or devices.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. Your data is handled by the services that run this website: Cloudflare (hosting, database and analytics) and SMTP2GO (sending the confirmation and notification emails). Each receives only what it needs to do that job.
When you send a quote or order request, the details go to our sales team by email so we can respond.
Your choices and rights
You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will ask again on your next visit.
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including your account and past requests, email us at the address in the footer or call during business hours. We will confirm your identity and respond as quickly as we can, and within the time the law allows. Residents of California (CCPA) and the European Union (GDPR) have additional rights to access, delete and restrict the use of their data; the same contact handles those requests.
This site is for businesses and adults buying bus and truck parts; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
